Thanks for your help! We passed our funding goal! The most famous chain reaction and domino builders in America collaborate to create one of the largest chain reactions in history! The Incredible Science Machine is a large scale chain reaction event that will fill an entire warehouse! We would like to incorporate 200,000+ dominoes, 10,000+ K'nex pieces, tracks, ping pong balls, and more into one complicated chain reaction. The event will take place in Wayne, Michigan this summer and be seen by a live audience and a viral YouTube audience. Contact: spricemachines@gmail.com
Our Goals: Promote STEM Education in Metro Detroit. Break the record for the most dominoes ever toppled in America (169,713). Break the world record for the most steps in a Rube Goldberg Machine (300).
Builders (YouTube Accounts): You may recognize many of the builders involved in The Incredible Science Machine. Among us, we have builders who have been featured on national TV shows & competitions, have built chain reactions for commercials, hold various records, have designed toys, and host popular YouTube channels.

Songs in video: Flying Hawk by Hevesh5, Into The Sky by Subtact
Current Sponsors:
Midwest Carpet Cleaning - Providing us with the building to host the event
K'nex - Providing us with 8,000+ K'nex pieces
Fund Raising Purpose: Most of the funds are being raised to pay for the travel of all of these builders, who are located all the way from New England to California. The majority of our builders are teenagers and are graciously volunteering their time and talents to help make this event happen, but need a way to get here. Funds will also cover shipping the builders' materials here. Any remaining funds will go towards extra materials, hiring a camera crew, and providing food for the builders while they spend at least a week setting up The Incredible Science Machine.
Risks and challenges
Challenges:
Most of the challenge involved with this project is involved with setting up the chain reaction. Our many years of combined experience will come in handy here. We will be planning the layout of the project ahead of time, using a domino planning computer program that I made. Another challenge may be getting the word out about the event, but with so many huge social media stars involved in this project, we think this will be an easy obstacle to overcome.
Expenses:
Assuming we can reach our Kickstarter goal of $7000 and sell at least 200 tickets at $10 each, our expenses will be the following
$4000 Travel for all of the builders
$4000 Shipping dominoes (We have a lot!)
$1000 Additional materials
