Siblings Elizabeth|Jeremy and Harry have had it up to here: their single|working mother's always too busy to spend time with them and they want to remedy the situation. So the children approach a strange old woman with magical powers and ask her to give them a new mom -- one who's fun to be with|who's interesting and unusual. So Mrs. Cavour conjures up a few mothers so the kids can choose who they like. But they quickly discover that the exotic|the wealthy and the weird don't quite fit the bill. Based on Nancy Brelis' short story "The Mommie Market."
